Children Of Power
The name of this area, Children of Power, comes from these scriptures:
Psalm 8:2 (KJV):
"Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger."
Psalm 8:2 (NIV):
"From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger."
"An Almighty God needs no great powers to back Him. He shuts up His enemies through little children and their spontaneous praise." (Children's Power Shows)
This is what is happening in our rooms, the children continuing to uplift the Glory of God.
Activities include:
Bible words and scripture
Stories
Praise & Worship (with bongos, tambourines, etc.)
Curriculum used is Gospel of Light Living Word which teaches the child how God's Word relates to everyday experiences.
